The Martin Line for '49
Nine new features have been incorporated in the three new Martin outboard motors, the "20," the "40" and the "60," manufactured by Martin Motors, of Eau Claire, Wis. An improved power head is reported to give smoother, quieter and more flexible operation. Simplified controls for the fuel, choke and prime systems give greater ease of starting and operation. All models have a redesigned "Depend-a-pull" starter, new spark plug protectors, improved gear housing seals, a new streamlined lower unit sprayplate and a fully enclosed drive shaft.
